Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist will take ownership of driving inbound and outbound marketing activities across email, LinkedIn, and search engines. You’ll be the bridge between marketing creativity and sales performance — ensuring that every campaign directly contributes to our sales pipeline.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing & lead generation (B2B focus preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in delivering qualified leads and campaign ROI.

KPIs

  • Qualified leads generated per month.
  • Email open rate & click-through rate.
  • LinkedIn ad CTR and conversion rate.
  • Organic traffic growth & keyword ranking improvements.
  • Lead-to-sales conversion ratio.



Requirements

Campaign Management

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
  • Run LinkedIn campaigns - both paid and organic - to targeted ICPs.
  • Develop outreach sequences for lead nurturing and re-engagement.

Lead Generation

  • Research and identify prospects using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and other B2B databases.
  • Build and maintain segmented prospect lists for specific campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads meet quality criteria.

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies for Rankrocket360 and client projects.
  • Optimize landing pages, blogs, and web copy for search visibility.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and organic traffic trends.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Measure and report KPIs across all campaigns.
  • Perform A/B testing on email subject lines, ad creatives, and landing pages.
  • Suggest and implement improvements for higher ROI.


Key Skills & Competencies
  • Proven experience with email marketing tools (Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn ads and organic outreach.

  • Skilled in B2B lead generation tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha etc.

  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, and technical).

  • Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging emails, ads, and SEO-friendly content.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
